How much do therapy sessions cost?
Each session is 55 minutes long, for $130.
When are you available for sessions?
I see clients on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm.
Do you accept insurance?
Most extended health benefits or employee benefits do cover my services. After each session, I send you a receipt that you can use for your claim. I am, however, not covered by OHIP.
What forms of payment do you take?
I accept etransfer, cash, and cheque as forms of payment.
What if I need to change or cancel an appointment?
I understand that things come up, and you may have to make changes to your schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know 24 hours in advance.
What should I expect in the first visit?
The first session is a bit different from other sessions. It will be our first introduction. We will go through some paperwork, and discuss how the information is kept and safeguarded.
We’ll take some time to get to know each other, and talk about your goals for therapy, and what you expect out of our time together. We will discuss the process of therapy, and you can ask me any questions you have about the process and what it is like to work with me.
Do you accept referrals, and how do I refer?
